Robert Berry is in the Effin B Radio Studio to give us the skinny on the long-awaited ‘Pancito & Lefty’s’. The gang learns about a new lounge that’s opening and we discuss how to properly taste Mezcal.

Effin B [radio] celebrates 21 episodes with cat talk, plans for the future and the phones are ringing off the hook so we take callers for the VERY FIRST TIME. People are blacking out all over the place. It’s a brave new world.

Our pals at Ohm Radio had us in their studio to talk restaurant minimum wage. Phil reads his article “Are you in School?” with his own mouth and Lindsay plays a short interlude on a piano.

Alex Lira didn’t want his episode to be about hot dog chili…but it kind of is..until it gets to the part where we realize he is quietly starting what we at Effin B [radio] hope will be a movement towards restaurants being weird again. But there’s nothing weird about his food. In fact, the menu at Bar Normandy is thoughtful, precise and fucking delicious. The gang talks to him about the challenges of working in a place that has 3 employees and turning a panini press into a plancha. #partyonLira
Stay tuned for the first ever VIDEO release from Effin B Radio. The Industry Night Live Show in it’s entirety..in the meantime here’s a little peak.

Jason Stanhope (2015 James Beard Award Winning ‘Best Chef Southeast’) is our guest and an absolute champion who makes poems out of words about food. We were totally and completely honored to have 144 of our closest friends in the audience at Theatre 99 to watch the antics for themselves. Literal “laughing out loud” happened….a special and most sincere thank you to each and every one of you who bought a ticket, it makes all the difference.
Corrie + Shuai Wang = Short Grain and if there’s one thing they’re not straight out of….it’s: brain-melting creativity. The EffinBRadio studio actually exploded with warm fuzzies and now we have no where to record. (With only two days left before INDUSTRY NIGHT LIVE we really needed a wildly adorable pick-me-up.) #shortgrain4eva..
or at least until they open their brick and mortar…duh duh duh…*foreshadowing*

The gang invites the often imitated never duplicated RJ Dye into the studio to talk about how to remain sober and still work in restaurants…*spoiler alert: he starts drinking* He’s as charming as he is tall…and he’s 6’7″.
